ADMISSION POLICY & ENROLLMENT FORMS
We use the following priority for admissions into Holy Trinity, provided enrollment deadlines are respected and tuition is current.
- Current students and un-enrolled siblings of Holy Trinity students, children of faculty and staff.
- Other children of “active contributing” Holy Trinity Parishioner(s).
- Other children of active Epiphany Parishioner(s)
- Other children of active Parishioner(s) of other Catholic Parishes, inactive Catholics, or non-Catholics.
You need to complete the following forms, which are included in the enrollment package.
Complete the Enrollment Form
One form is required for each child.
Once again this year, I would like to take the opportunity to meet with each school family who are parishioners at Holy Trinity Church. I would like to meet with one parent and the children. It will be during this meeting that I will sign the “Verification of Active Parish Membership” form in order for you to receive the Holy Trinity parishioner tuition rate.
I am available for meetings by appointment each Tuesday and Wednesday between now and June 30. Please call the church office at 263-7930 to schedule a meeting with me. Please do not delay but make it possible at the earliest.
Fr. John Peter
Please complete your portion of the form before your meeting with Father.
Tuition, Fees and Payment Plans
The cost per pupil exceeds the tuition charged each year. Thanks to the generosity of the Parishioners, the tuition payment for students of Active Parishioners required is reduced significantly. There is additional discounts for families with three or more children and for those who can pay in full at the beginning of the school year. Payment plans are available.
Pay 2016-2017 Registration Fees
Families are required to pay at least one half the student’s registration fee when registering your child for the upcoming school year. With the balance due no later than May 13, 2016. Failure to meet the deadline may result in your admission being withheld.

Weekly Donation to the Parish
Many Parishioners make their weekly contributions to the Parish using the online system. For your convenience, we are including a link here for your donation to the Parish.
We recognize that some children need to be dropped early and picked up late from school. Extended care is from 3:15 – 5:30 p.m. Please complete the Intent to Participate form if you plan to use this service in the Fall.
We provide round trip transportation from the Pastoral Center on Northwest Expressway and from the Surrey Hills Area. The fee is assessed per family, not per child.
To secure a spot for transportation please call the School Office.
At Holy Trinity we offer Boys Basketball, Girls Cheerleading and Boys and Girls Archery.
Participation in the Holy Trinity Athletic Association Program is optional. All team practices for the athletes will be held outside of school hours unless the coach can make the arrangements within the school day.
IN AN EFFORT TO ASSEMBLE TEAMS, SECURE TEAM COACHES, AND SCHEDULE GAMES, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE KNOW WHO INTENDS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SPORTS PROGRAMS DURING THE 2016-2017 SCHOOL YEAR. TEAMS WILL BE FORMED AFTER ENROLLMENT NUMBERS HAVE BEEN EVALUATED. IF WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ASSEMBLE A TEAM FOR YOUR STUDENT’S AGE GROUP, WE WILL WORK TO PLACE YOUR STUDENT ON A TEAM WHERE HE/SHE CAN STILL EARN PLAYING/SHOOTING TIME AND CONTINUE TO DEVELOP HIS/HER SKILLS.
Directory and Photo Release
For the ease and convenience of all families at Holy Trinity, a family directory is published each year. This directory will be distributed only to HTCS families. Please designate how you would like your family’s listing to appear in the directory. It is the responsibility of HTCS parents to keep the office updated with all phone number and address changes.
We also ask parents to designate whether or not the pictures of their children can appear in school publications. Participation is not mandatory and we respect the decision of the parent.
