Meet with Fr. John PeterDSCN4575

Once again this year, I would like to take the opportunity to meet with each school family who are parishioners at Holy Trinity Church. I would like to meet with one parent and the children. It will be during this meeting that I will sign the “Verification of Active Parish Membership” form in order for you to receive the Holy Trinity parishioner tuition rate.

I am available for meetings by appointment each Tuesday and Wednesday between now and June 30.  Please call the church office at 263-7930 to schedule a meeting with me. Please do not delay but make it possible at the earliest.

Thank you.
Fr. John Peter

Please complete your portion of the form before your meeting with Father.

Tuition, Fees and Payment Plans

The cost per pupil exceeds the tuition charged each year. Thanks to the generosity of the Parishioners, the tuition payment for students of Active Parishioners required is reduced significantly. There is additional discounts for families with three or more children and for those who can pay in full at the beginning of the school year. Payment plans are available.

Athletic Participation

At Holy Trinity we offer Boys Basketball, Girls Cheerleading and Boys and Girls Archery.

Participation in the Holy Trinity Athletic Association Program is optional. All team practices for the athletes will be held outside of school hours unless the coach can make the arrangements within the school day.

IN AN EFFORT TO ASSEMBLE TEAMS, SECURE TEAM COACHES, AND SCHEDULE GAMES, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE KNOW WHO INTENDS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SPORTS PROGRAMS DURING THE 2016-2017 SCHOOL YEAR. TEAMS WILL BE FORMED AFTER ENROLLMENT NUMBERS HAVE BEEN EVALUATED. IF WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ASSEMBLE A TEAM FOR YOUR STUDENT’S AGE GROUP, WE WILL WORK TO PLACE YOUR STUDENT ON A TEAM WHERE HE/SHE CAN STILL EARN PLAYING/SHOOTING TIME AND CONTINUE TO DEVELOP HIS/HER SKILLS.

Directory and Photo Release

For the ease and convenience of all families at Holy Trinity, a family directory is published each year. This directory will be distributed only to HTCS families. Please designate how you would like your family’s listing to appear in the directory. It is the responsibility of HTCS parents to keep the office updated with all phone number and address changes.

We also ask parents to designate whether or not the pictures of their children can appear in school publications. Participation is not mandatory and we respect the decision of the parent.
